Official API Reference This is also refered to as the Product Docs.
Official Developer API Reference This was my favorite, unfortunately you can only link to a specific family version of the docs. Here's the top level link.
Developer Learning (not learning.servicenow.com) These frustrate me to a new level. They are not as complete as the Developer API Reference or the Product Docs but rank higher on Search Enginers. I avoid them.
Maik Skoddow's Knowledge Sources To Go Maik's Knowledge Sources To Go is a great resource for finding information quickly.
Mark Roethof's Content Mark has a wealth of knowledge and his content is a great resource for learning more about ServiceNow.
Robert Fedoruk's Content Robert has a lot of great content he's collected on the community.
Your own instance Don't forget about your own instance! It can be a great place to test things out and learn.
Discord There are a Discord server that have ServiceNow channels.
Slack The ServiceNow Slack is a great place to ask questions and get help from the community.
